SpaceX

SpaceX (Space Exploration Technologies Corp.) is an American aerospace manufacturer and space-launch company headquartered in Hawthorne, California, founded in 2002. It designs, builds and launches rockets and spacecraft, and operates the Starlink satellite-internet constellation.

The company is led by its founder, Elon Musk. SpaceX pioneered reusable orbital rockets with the Falcon 9, carries crew and cargo to the International Space Station, and is developing the fully reusable Starship intended for missions to the Moon and Mars.
