How feedback is handled

We read every message sent to this inbox. Substantive feedback is forwarded to the relevant editorial staff. We do not publish feedback messages without explicit permission.

We may quote anonymized reader feedback in editorial pieces (for example, in reader-response features) where the content is relevant and where doing so does not identify the sender.

We do not respond individually to every message. We do read them.
