“Heart of Invictus” is a documentary series directed by Orlando von Einsiedel.

Are you looking for a feel-good documentary? “Heart of Invictus” is not that documentary, as it is a series filled with drama, suffering, and above all, pain – the pain of veterans who, after suffering serious combat injuries, come together to compete in the so-called Invictus Games, a Paralympic-style event for wounded veterans.

In Toronto, the games had a distinguished host, Prince Harry of Windsor, who himself served as a soldier in Afghanistan and now lends his image to promote this initiative that brings so much good to veterans.

This is not a documentary where everything is pleasant. It is a documentary that tells us about the hardships of veterans and how they daily cope with pain and suffering. It shows us how they have partially overcome this pain through sports.

About the Documentary

Yes, we have Prince Harry, but he is not the main character. He merely lends his image to a documentary where the real protagonists are the veterans, who allow us to delve into their lives and struggles.

It is a well-made documentary that is not easy to watch. It takes us to Ukraine as well, before the Covid pandemic, when the conflict already existed. It even takes us through a kidnapping, the organization of the games, and the competitions.

What stands out the most about this documentary is its human aspect. It does not shy away from showing us the rawest moments and it does not hesitate to reveal the bitter face of war wounds.

It is worth watching thanks to its strong production quality and its honesty. It does not shy away from directly confronting the pain that these men and women live with as they strive to move beyond the pains of war, one day at a time.

If you are looking for an easy documentary about happiness, “Heart of Invictus” is not the film you are seeking.

¿Buscan un documental para sentirse bien? “Corazón de Invictus” no es ese documental que buscan, porque es una serie llena de drama, sufrimiento y, sobre todo, dolor, el dolor de los veteranos que, tras sufrir heridas graves en combate, se reúnen para competir en los llamados Juegos Invictus, unas olimpiadas de veteranos de guerra que han sufrido heridas graves.

En Toronto, los juegos contaron con un anfitrión de lujo, el Príncipe Harry, que fue soldado en Afganistán y que ahora prestó su imagen para la difusión de esta iniciativa que aporta tanto bien a los veteranos.

Sobre el documental

Sí, tenemos al Príncipe Harry, pero no es el protagonista, apenas presta su imagen a un documental en el que los protagonistas son los veteranos, que nos permiten adentrarnos en sus vidas y sufrimientos.

Un buen documental que no es agradable de ver, que nos lleva a Ucrania también, antes del Covid, cuando ya existía el conflicto, que nos lleva incluso a un secuestro, a la organización de los juegos y a las competiciones.

Un documental que destaca, sobre todo, por su aspecto humano, que no duda en mostrarnos lo más crudo y que no cede en mostrar la cara más amarga de las heridas de guerra.

Merece la pena gracias a una buena producción y a su honestidad, a no evitar mirar directamente al dolor con el que conviven estos hombres y mujeres que tratan de caminar un día más allá de los dolores de la guerra.

Si buscan un documental fácil sobre la felicidad, “Corazón de Invictus” no es el documental que están buscando.

Vous cherchez un documentaire qui vous fait vous sentir bien ? “Invictus Games : Les médailles de la résilience ” n’est pas ce documentaire, car c’est une série remplie de drame, de souffrance et surtout de douleur, la douleur des vétérans qui, après avoir subi de graves blessures au combat, se réunissent pour concourir aux Jeux Invictus, des olympiades pour les vétérans de guerre ayant subi de graves blessures.

À propos du documentaire

Oui, nous avons le Prince Harry, mais il n’est pas le protagoniste, il prête à peine son image à un documentaire où les protagonistes sont les vétérans, qui nous permettent de plonger dans leur vie et leurs souffrances.

Un bon documentaire qui n’est pas agréable à regarder, qui nous emmène également en Ukraine, avant le Covid, lorsque le conflit existait déjà, qui nous emmène même dans un enlèvement, dans l’organisation des jeux et dans les compétitions.

Un documentaire qui se distingue surtout par son aspect humain, qui n’hésite pas à nous montrer le plus cru et qui ne cède pas à montrer le visage le plus amer des blessures de guerre.

Il vaut la peine grâce à une bonne production et à son honnêteté, à ne pas éviter de regarder directement la douleur avec laquelle ces hommes et ces femmes vivent et essaient de marcher un jour de plus au-delà des douleurs de la guerre.

Si vous cherchez un documentaire facile sur le bonheur, “Invictus Games : Les médailles de la résilience ” n’est pas le documentaire que vous recherchez.

Sie wollen eine Dokumentation verfolgen, um sich dabei gut zu fühlen? “Invictus Games: Im Herzen unbezwingbar” ist dafür nicht die richtige Dokumentation, denn es ist eine Serie voller Dramatik, Leidenschaft und vor allem Angst – die Angst der Veteranen, die sich nach schweren Kämpfen zusammengefunden haben, um an den sogenannten Invictus Games teilzunehmen, einer Olympiade für Kriegsveteranen, die schwere Siege errungen haben.

In Toronto wurden die Spiele von einem besonderen Ehrengast, Prinz Harry, einem ehemaligen Soldaten in Afghanistan, gewonnen, der nun ein Bild für den Erfolg dieser Initiative hat, die den Veteranen so viel Gutes bringt.

Ja, wir haben Prinz Harry, aber er ist nicht der Hauptdarsteller. Er leiht nur sein Image einer Dokumentation, in der die Veteranen die Hauptrolle spielen und uns einen Einblick in ihr Leben und ihr Leiden geben.

Das ist eine gute Dokumentation, vor der wir keine Angst haben und die uns auch in die Ukraine führen wird, vor dem Covid-Feldzug, als der Konflikt schon bestand. Sie führt uns sogar zu einer Einführung, zur Organisation der Spiele und zum Wettbewerb.

Es ist eine Dokumentation, die sich vor allem auf den menschlichen Aspekt stützt und die nicht berücksichtigt, dass sie uns die Ursache und die bittere Seite der Krisensituationen zeigt.

Es lohnt sich dank einer guten Produktion und ihrer Ehrlichkeit, den Schmerz, mit dem diese Männer und Frauen, die versuchen, über die Kriegsschmerzen hinauszugehen, Tag für Tag leben, direkt anzuschauen.

Wenn Sie eine einfache Dokumentation über Klebstoff suchen, dann ist “Invictus Games: Im Herzen unbezwingbar” nicht die richtige Dokumentation für Sie.

State cercando un documentario per sentirvi bene? “Heart of Invictus: le olimpiadi degli invincibili” non è quel documentario che state cercando, perché è una serie piena di dramma, sofferenza e, soprattutto, dolore. Il dolore dei veterani che, dopo aver subito ferite gravi in combattimento, si riuniscono per competere nei cosiddetti Giochi Invictus, un’olimpiade per veterani di guerra che hanno subito ferite gravi.

A Toronto, i giochi hanno avuto un ospite d’eccezione, il Principe Harry, che è stato soldato in Afghanistan e che ha prestato la sua immagine per diffondere questa iniziativa che apporta tanto bene ai veterani.

Sì, abbiamo il Principe Harry, ma non è il protagonista, presta appena la sua immagine a un documentario in cui i protagonisti sono i veterani, che ci permettono di entrare nelle loro vite e sofferenze.

Un buon documentario che non è piacevole da guardare, che ci porta anche in Ucraina, prima del Covid, quando il conflitto già esisteva, che ci porta persino ad un rapimento, all’organizzazione dei giochi e alle competizioni.

Un documentario che si distingue soprattutto per il suo aspetto umano, che non esita a mostrarci la cruda realtà e che non si sottrae a mostrare il lato più amaro delle ferite di guerra.

Vale la pena grazie a una buona produzione e alla sua onestà, a non evitare di guardare direttamente il dolore con cui questi uomini e donne convivono mentre cercano di andare avanti un giorno dopo l’altro oltre i dolori della guerra.

Se state cercando un documentario facile sulla felicità, “Heart of Invictus: le olimpiadi degli invincibili” non è il documentario che state cercando.

Sunteți în căutarea unui documentar care să vă facă să vă simțiți bine? Ei bine, “Invictus: Trup și suflet” nu este cel pe care îl căutați. Acest serial este plin de dramă, suferință și, mai presus de toate, durere – durerea veteranilor care, după ce au îndurat răni grave în luptă, se reunesc pentru a concura în așa-numitele Jocuri Invictus, un eveniment sportiv pentru veteranii care au suferit răni grave.

Da, îl avem pe Prințul Harry, dar nu el este protagonistul. El pur și simplu își împrumută imaginea unui documentar care se concentrează asupra veteranilor, permițându-ne să pătrundem în viețile și luptele lor.

Este un documentar bine realizat, care nu este ușor de urmărit. Ne duce în Ucraina, chiar înainte de pandemia Covid, când conflictul exista deja. Abordează chiar și subiecte precum răpirile, organizarea jocurilor și competițiile în sine.

Acest documentar se remarcă în primul rând prin aspectul său uman. Nu se ferește să ne arate realitatea crudă și nu ezită să dezvăluie fața amară a rănilor de război.

Merită vizionat datorită producției excelente și onestității sale. Nu se ferește să se confrunte direct cu durerea cu care trăiesc acești bărbați și femei care încearcă să meargă înainte în fiecare zi dincolo de durerile războiului.

Dacă sunteți în căutarea unui documentar facil despre fericire, “Invictus: Trup și suflet” nu este cel pe care îl căutați.
