Plot

Til Death Do Us Part follows the gripping tale of a bride who abandons her own wedding, setting off a chain of events that thrusts her into a nightmarish fight for survival. As she flees from her scorned groom, she not only has to evade him but also confront his seven vengeful groomsmen. The film takes audiences on a thrilling journey as the bride battles to stay alive against all odds.

Film Review

It promises more than it delivers, and what little it does provide leaves us wanting more. This movie begs for more intensity, more comedy. It takes an eternity and a half to establish itself, and when it finally does, it fails to find its own identity.

It aspires to be a comedy but falls short, it aims to be a thriller but lacks the necessary strength and storyline. It should be a dark comedy, but it seems hesitant to fully commit and ends up relying solely on good cinematography. It attempts to do something different from what we’re used to, but unfortunately, it fails in its endeavor.

Timothy Bass Woodward Jr. is an esteemed American actor renowned for his prominent roles in various films and his portrayal of Scott in the television series Hollywood East. Woodward embarked on his acting journey in 2005, debuting with the PAX TV series Palmetto Pointe where he assumed the lead role of Tristan Sutton.

Cam Gigandet

Cam Joslin Gigandet is an accomplished American actor known for his roles in various popular productions, including Twilight, The O. . Never Back Down, and Burlesque. He began his acting career in 2003 with a guest appearance on the Crime television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Over the next couple of years, Gigandet continued to make a mark in the television industry with recurring roles on shows like The Young and The Restless and Jack and Bobby.

In 2006, Gigandet secured the role of Kevin Volchok on the widely watched Fox teen drama series The O. . His talent and dedication led to his casting in the film adaptation of the immensely popular vampire book trilogy Twilight by Stephanie Meyer, which was produced by Summit Entertainment and released in 2008. For his outstanding work, Gigandet received the “One to Watch” award at the 10th Annual Young Hollywood Awards.

Jason Patric

Jason Patric, originally known as John Anthony Miller III, is a renowned actor in American film, television, and stage. He has gained recognition for his notable performances in various movies including The Lost Boys, Rush, Sleepers, Geronimo: An American Legend, Your Friends & Neighbors, Narc, The Losers, The Alamo, and Speed 2: Cruise Control. His father, Jason Miller, was also an actor and playwright, while his maternal grandfather was the esteemed actor Jackie Gleason.

Natalie Burn

Natalie Burn is an accomplished Ukrainian-American actress, model, screenwriter, and film producer. She has gained recognition for her roles in notable films such as The Expendables 3, Awaken, Killer Mermaid, Downhill, and Mechanic: Resurrection.

Sinopsis

Hasta que la muerte nos separe sigue la apasionante historia de una novia que abandona su propia boda, desencadenando una cadena de acontecimientos que la empujan a una pesadillesca lucha por la supervivencia. Mientras huye de su despechado novio, no sólo tiene que eludirlo, sino también enfrentarse a sus siete vengativos padrinos. La película lleva al público a un emocionante viaje en el que la novia lucha por mantenerse con vida contra todo pronóstico.

Crítica de la película

Promete lo que no da y, lo poco que da, nos deja con sabor a más. Una película que pide por todos lados más fuerza, más comedia, que tarda una eternidad y media en plantearse y cuando lo logra no consigue encontrarse a sí mismo.

Quiere ser una comedia pero no lo logra, quiere ser un thriller pero no tiene la fuerza ni el argumento necesarios; debe ser una comedia oscura pero parece no querer atreverse y se queda, finalmente, en una buena fotografía y un intento, eso sí, de hacer algo distinto a lo que estamos acostumbrados.

Pero fracasa en su intento, lamentablemente.
