Want to experience a Talking Heads concert from 1984? Well, A24 has restored the original ‘Stop Making Sense‘, considered one of the best concert movies ever made. The film features the live performance of Talking Heads, and was shot over the course of three days during their promotional tour of the album ‘Speaking in Tongues‘ in Hollywood’s Pantages Theater in late 1983. ‘Stop Making Sense‘ will be in IMAX 9/22, and in theaters on September 29th.

Directed by Jonathan Demme, it stars David Byrne, Tina Weymouth, Chris Frantz, and Jerry Harrison, and with appearances by Bernie Worrell, Alex Weir, Steve Scales, Lynn Mabry and Edna Holt.
