Alicia Silverstone is an American actress, author, and businesswoman. She is known for her roles in the films Clueless (1995), Batman & Robin (1997), and Blast from the Past (1999). She has also starred in the television series The Baby-Sitters Club (2020–present) and American Woman (2018).
Silverstone was born in San Francisco, California, in 1976. She began her acting career in the early 1990s, appearing in commercials and television shows. She made her film debut in the 1993 thriller The Crush.
